I want to point out that theres only two of us runing this club ATM, and we both have school so we are relativly busy outside of the internet. Theres times like these where i get a good 6 hours to do nothing but work full time on updating this club, i'm sorry updates are so far and few between.
I'd also like to point out that every time Members are updated i will be updating the news.
I have also been getting a lot of FAQ. Due to the lack of time we are really slow to get to updates but for everyone who's been asking you don't have to send us links after we have watched you to submit anything. we watch everything that comes into our inbox. If your work didn't get put up theres probably a good reason for it. like perhaps it is against DA's TOS
posting things that are against TOS is fine for you, but we will not be putting the club in jepordy over it. We also don't like to post work that looks copied or traced, thats against (C) law.
Just trying to clarify some things up. Also to note I am looking for some one i can trust in this club who is willing to be Dedicated to contests. Since i am the only one that does Member updates and refuses to let anyone else touch them due to the order i keep (I have a file with every single member in it which is how i can tell you which page you are on almost instantly) If some one else were to help with adding members that list would become scrambled and lost.
I don't have time between member dumps to really focus on contest submissions. I need some one who's mainly dedicated to it. I may create a test of some sort to find the right person. Sort of like a volunteer job application.
Well see.
And about re submitting all the old work, when i said it would be awhile till i do it, It will either be in bouts on my breaks, or i will complete it once i graduate from school. So thats about the time we are looking at till it gets done. So you don't have to worry about massive art dumps in your gallery any time soon.

Well I guess by now most of you have probably noticed that things have changed a bit around the club. So I suppose this would be a good time to make a formal announcement that I am stepping down as operator of the club. =mydes-ael will be taking over as the main operator of the club, though I will continue to act as administrator and supervisor. I want you all to know that this is nothing to do with you, or with the club in general--I am just finding it harder and harder to find the time and energy to spare to worry about all the little things. I'm still going to be around, don't worry! However, Jak is now the authority around here, and I want everyone to treat him the same way you treated me. My stepping down doesn't make this place any less of a family.
If any of you want to get in touch, to talk about this switch or just to talk to me in general, please do. I love talking to you all and that is the thing I will miss the most about operating this club.
I want you all to know how incredibly proud I am that I can say that this was my club. We have accomplished huge things in the year and a half we have been in operation. We have one of the largest memberships
and one of the largest galleries of any community here on deviantART and, while I won't shirk from taking SOME credit *winkwink* it really is thanks to you all that we are at the point we are.
I love this pairing, I love this club, but most of all, I love you all dearly. Thank you so much for your love, support, and care, and be sure you show Jak the same respect and love that you did me.

I HAVE GOTTEN THROUGH ALL OF YOUR SUBMISSIONS!! I feel a lot better now that I've done that for the club. Just a couple of things to say before I go and check my own account:
There is a good possibility that I could've missed something. This applies for any time I submit... I am human, and scanning through so many deviations can make one delete-button happy. If I missed anything, feel free to go ahead and send a note with that deviation enclosed. Title it, too. Titles are nice.
Which leads me to my second point: Please, please, please, please if you are watched by the club, do not send submission notes unless they contain deviations that were made before you joined or that I missed. Most of the time I catch what I know I've already submitted, but I can't keep so many deviations in my head all the time! So, for my sanity, don't worry about it. Here at *AkuRoku, we got your back.
