| 1.) Join as a member to submit art (we only host member’s artwork). It takes 3 of us to 'okay' an art submission, so give us a few days while administrators vote based on our rules. If it’s been a few days and your submission has not been accepted, feel free to drop a polite inquiry in to the group via note or in your submission process! 2.) We accept submissions that follow the general TOS of dA, focusing on Axel AND Roxas, while showing effort regardless of the skill level. What we don’t Allow; hate art, man-preg, rape humor and pedo humor (Akuroku doesn’t involve pedophilia and pedophilia isn’t funny).  Fan Art: Must be a finished piece with both Axel and Roxas easily identifiable as characters. This means that we are not looking for doodle dumps or scraps, but we do want to see your completed artworks C: We also accepted Axel and Roxas in non-human forms!  Cosplay: Must be finished cosplays of Axel and Roxas together! Cosplaying can be difficult, but we still want to see the full effect. Wigs/hair need to be handled with effort, and while we are not asking for ultimate perfection, we still want to be able to easily identify them as Axel and Roxas. Cosplay is a mix of both 2D art as a photo and 3D art for the costume. We accept photos of cosplay that show artistic composition and are not heavily photoshopped (drawing in details and obvious eye color changes etc). Fan-fiction: Axel and Roxas need to be the primary focus. We love KH, and we love other characters, but this is a club dedicated to a specific friendship. You must have semi proper novel or short story formatting! We will decline submissions that stray too far from this - also please please please leave us some info or a summery of your story in your submission process to help keep us up to date and our voting an easy process! Crafts: Can be submitted to the ‘crafts’ folder! This folder is for your handmade plushies and figures, or other 3D media that involves Axel and Roxas! Please do not submit photos of official Kingdom Hearts and Square Enix products or otherwise, we want to see your work!5.) Do not submit artwork that is not your own! We do not accept bases, modified works of others (including stock photos), or official artwork (and traces). We of course do not accept art theft either. Collaborations however are fine. Referencing is never bad but if it is too familiar to official work or otherwise, it will be declined. 6.) All deviations must be submitted by the owner of the piece - our admins and staff will take care of all suggestions C: 7.) Play nice. 8.) Please no OCs. 9.) The position for 'Contributor' is reserved for those who offer subscription purchases (even for just a month) and for Prize artists who donate their artistic skills for contest winners. There's a few additional perks involved, of course. If you're interested, please send your request to join at that position (or a note if you're already a member) and you'll be accepted once the subscription goes through. Your position of contributor will last as long as your subscription plus one month, and as long as you wish to stay as a prize artist! These rules are subject to change depending on feedback!
